The cost of testing all workers, students, young children in childcare and daycare programs, and people in group quarters: including prisons, military, college dorms and other residential institutions, every day of the year in which they need to go to work, or school, or daycare, or reside in their institution, including a once a year test for antibodies, based on the Medicare reimbursement rate for Covid-19 tests of $36, and $119 per antibody test, is roughly 1.9 T. Conservative forecast suggests that 234,000 - 1,084,000 more people in the US may die from CV-19 by the end of 2020 without a universal testing regime (or a vaccine).
